About Us
With over 15 years experience as a social worker, I have a passion for supporting positive change and for advocating for people living with a disability. I am a qualified Social Worker with full membership to the Australian Association of Social Workers, and have had the privilege of working in the Disability, Aging, Mental Health and Child and Family sector.
I also have a comprehensive understanding of the child protection sector, out of home care and early intervention services. I work with families living with complex needs, and provide counseling for both parent and child, parental coaching and detailed family assessments.
I have provided both generalist and specialised Support Coordination since the introduction of the NDIS. My goals have been to assist families and individuals to negotiate and advocate the best outcomes, effective services and comprehensive plans.
Getting the best outcomes with the NDIS can be complex and confusing. Working alongside families, I can translate NDIS language, to support increased independence and to maximise utilisation of the client's budget.
I deliver value to the client, with individualised case goals, consistent contact and quarterly reviews.
